| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹腔镜小儿鞘膜积液无疤痕缝扎术的可行性。方法:选择72例单侧鞘膜积液患儿,分为4组,每组18例,分别采用单孔单针法(A组),两孔单针法(B组),两孔两针法(C组),两孔短针法(D组)手术。比较术中术后情况。结果:手术时间B、C两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=0.523,P>0.05);B、C两组与D组比较有显著差异(t值分别为3.520、3.531,P均小于0.001);A组与B、C两组差异亦有统计学意义(t值分别为3.420和3.461,P均小于0.001);A组与D组无显著差异(t=0.451,P>0.05)。结论:腹腔镜小儿鞘膜积液无疤痕缝扎术可行,器械简单,成本减少,患儿损伤更小,术后腹壁无可见疤痕,美容效果理想。
