| 摘 要： | ①目的 探讨葡萄胎DNA和RNA含量与恶变的关系 ,寻求一种预测葡萄胎恶变的方法。②方法采用图像分析技术测定 10 0例葡萄胎标本的DNA ,RNA含量 ,同时选择恶性葡萄胎及绒毛膜癌标本 2 0例作对照。③结果 恶性对照组DNA ,RNA含量明显高于葡萄胎组 (t’ =4.6 8,t=8.39,P <0 .0 1) ,完全性与部分性葡萄胎之间DNA ,RNA含量差异有极显著性 (t’ =3.0 8,4.48,P <0 .0 1) ,完全性葡萄胎中恶变组DNA ,RNA含量明显高于非恶变组 (t’ =4.77,5 .0 6 ,P <0 .0 1)。④结论 应用图像分析技术检测葡萄胎组织的DNA ,RNA含量 ,可以预测葡萄胎是否发生恶变。

| Abstract: | Objective\ To study the relationship of DNA and RNA content with malignant transformation in hydatidiform mole(HM) and find out a method for predicting the transformation. \ Methods\ DNA,RNA content was detected by image analysis technique in 100 cases of HM,and 20 cases of malignant mole and choriocarcinoma were used for comparison. \ Results\ DNA,RNA content in malignant cases was significantly higher than that in HM (t'=4.68,t=8.39,P <0.01).There was significant difference between complete and partial HM (t'=3.08,4.48,P <0.01).DNA,RNA content in completely malignant transformed HM was significantly higher than that in non malignant transformed HM cases (t'=4.77,5.06,P <0.01).\ Conclusion\ Detecting DNA and RNA content of HM tissues by image analysis technique can predict the malignant transformation of HM. |
