红景天功能饮料对小鼠抗疲劳和耐缺氧能力的影响

摘    要:目的探讨红景天功能饮料对小鼠抗疲劳和耐缺氧能力的影响。方法分别以160、80、40 ml/kg剂量的红景天功能饮料给小鼠连续灌胃30 d,通过负重游泳试验及检测血尿素、肝糖原和血乳酸水平评价各组小鼠的抗疲劳功能;通过常压耐缺氧实验、亚硝酸钠中毒实验和急性脑缺血(断头)实验评价各组小鼠耐缺氧功能。结果与给予纯水灌胃的对照组相比,高、中剂量组小鼠负重游泳时间明显延长(P〈0.05);高剂量组小鼠的血清尿素含量显著降低(P〈0.05),肝糖原含量增高(P〈0.05);3个剂量组小鼠的血乳酸曲线下面积均减小(P〈0.05);高、中剂量组小鼠的缺氧死亡时间、中毒后存活时间明显延长(P〈0.05);高剂量组小鼠的断头后张口喘气时间明显延长(P〈0.01)。结论红景天功能饮料可以提高小鼠的抗疲劳能力和耐缺氧能力。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of functional beverages of rhodiola on the ability of anti-fatigue and anoxia endurance in mice. Methods Functional beverages of rhodiola was consecutively orally given to mice with the doses of 160,80 and 40 ml / kg for 30 days respectively. Test of burdened swimming,and urea,hepatic glycogen and lactic acid determination were used to assess the function of anti-fatigue of mice. Tests of anoxia endurance under normal pressure,sodium nitrite poisoning and acute cerebral ischemia( decapitation) were used to assess the function of anoxia endurance of mice. Results Compared with control group,the mice in the high and middle dose groups showed a longer burdened swimming time( P〈0. 05); The serum urea content of mice decreased significantly( P〈0. 05),but the hepatic glycogen content increased in the high dose group( P〈0. 05). The area under curve of blood lactic acid all decreased in the three dose groups( P〈0. 05). The mice in the high and middle dose groups showed a longer survival time under anoxia condition and a longer survival time after being poisoned by sodium nitrite( P〈0. 05). The mice in the high dose group showed a longer breathing time after decapitation( P〈0. 01). Conclusion Functional beverages of rhodiola can contribute to imporve the function of anti-fatigue and anoxia endurance in mice.
