摘    要:目的根据医疗卫生事业和社会对高级护理人才的需求,以"全面质量管理"为导向,构建有利于护理专业学生综合能力培养的教学模式。方法以"精品、精致、精英"的教学理念,从人才培养目标、课程体系、教学内容与方法、实验实践教学等方面进行全面质量管理、改革和实践。结果通过改革人才培养方案、优化课程体系、创新教学方法和手段、加强教材建设、构建实践教学新体系等各环节为重点的全过程教学质量管理,形成了具有特色的护理学本科教学模式。结论以培养学生"知识、能力、素质"为目标,以师资队伍和教学管理制度建设为保障的、全员参与的教学改革和质量管理符合社会对高级护理人才培养的需求,取得良好的教学效果。

Abstract:Objective This study aims to develop a teaching model for cultivating nursing students' comprehensive abilities to meet the demands of health services and the society,based on the philosophy of "total quality management". Methods According to the teaching pattern of "Excellent,Exquisite and Elite" ,the teaching reform was performed in terms of the students' cultivation objectives,curriculum systems,teaching contents and methods,and experimental and practical teaching. Results The characteristic teaching model of "total quality management" was developed for the undergraduate nursing education by means of reform of talent cultivation projects,optimization of curriculum systems,creation of teaching methods and tools,improvement of teaching materials,and development of practical teaching systems. Conclusion With the goal of cultivation of nursing students' knowledge,ability and quality,the "total quality management" based teaching reform achieved good teaching effect,which was supported by the teaching administration systems and teaching staff.
