| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肺耐药蛋白(LRP)、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在骨肉瘤组织中的表达及其与多药耐药(MDR)之间的关系.方法:用免疫组织化学的方法检测了42例石蜡包埋的骨肉瘤组织和16例正常骨组织中LRP、PCNA的表达.结果:42例骨肉瘤中LRP、PCNA的表达率分别为42.86%(18/42)、95.24%(40/42).正常骨组织中无LRP的表达,PCNA的阳性率为6.25%(1/16).这两种指标的表达无相关性(P＞0.05);LRP和PCNA的表达在不同的分型之间无显著性差异(P＞0.05).对27例患者进行了随访,LRP阳性15例,LRP阴性12例.其2年、5年的生存率分别为40%(6/15)、、6.67%(1/15)和75%(9/12)、33.33%(4/12).结论:骨肉瘤预后差与LRP的表达有关,LRP的表达和PCNA的表达无关.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expression of lung resistance protein(LRP) and proliferative cell nuclear antigen (PCNA).Methods:Expression of LRP and PCNA was immunohistochemically studied in paraffin sections from 16 normal bone tissues and 42 specimens of osteosarcoma from patients who had received no chemotherapy before surgery.Results:42 86% (18/42) LRP and 95 24% (40/42) PCNA were positive in osteosarcomas,in normal bone tissues LRP were negative,but the positive rate of PCNA was 6 25%(1/16).Among 27 followed up cases,15 were LRP negative,2 and 5 years survival rates were 75%(9/12) and 16 67% (2/12).Conclusion:Low survival rate of osteosarcoma is associated with LRP.The expression of LRP is not associated with that of PCNA. |
