温针联合关节松动术治疗肩周炎50例临床观察

目的：观察温针联合关节松动术治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法采用单盲、随机、对照的临床试验方法将符合纳入标准的100例受试者随机分成治疗组、对照组各50例，治疗组用温针联合关节松动术进行治疗，对照组采用关节松动术进行治疗，两组治疗2个疗程后运用视觉模拟评分法（ VAS）、肩关节被动ROM等评价指标对其临床疗效进行评估。结果治疗组治愈率60％，总有效率98％；对照组治愈率40％，总有效率86％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；两组患者肩关节疼痛、功能活动治疗后均得到显著改善（P＜0.01），治疗组改善程度明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗组复发率（3％）低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论温针联合关节松动术治疗肩周炎有较好临床疗效，较单纯运用关节松动术治疗具有优势，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of 50 patients with shoulder periarthritis treated with acupuncture-moxi-bustion combined with joint mobilization

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture-moxibustion combined with joint mobilization in treatment of shoulder periarthritis .Methods According to the clinical trial method of single blind , random and control , 100 patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups , 50 in each group.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture-moxibus-tion combined with a joint mobilization therapy while the control group was treated with the joint mobilization only .After 2 courses of treatment , the curative effect was assessed by using visual analogue scale （ VAS） and shoulder joint passive ROM evaluation index .Re-sults The treatment group had 60%cure rate and the total efficiency was 98%while the control group had 40%cure rate and the to-tal efficiency was 86%.The differences were significant different （ P 〈0.05 ） .After treatment , shoulder pain , function and activity were significantly improved in the both groups when compared to before treatment （P〈0.01）.However, the improvement was better in the treatment group than that in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Recurrence rate was 3%in the treatment group that was lower than that in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion Acupuncture-moxibustion combined with joint mobilization in the treatment of shoulder periarthritis has better clinical curative effect .It is worthy of clinical application .
