木里藏族自治县4255例乙肝两对半检测结果分析

目的统计四川省凉山彝族自治州木里藏族自治县乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）血清学检查情况，为降低HBV感染率提供科学、有效的控制措施。方法对2013年6月1日至2014年5月7日到木里藏族自治县人民医院检验科进行HBV血清学检测的4255例患者的检测结果进行汇总和分析。结果受检的4255例样本中，测得乙型肝炎表面抗原（HBsAg）阳性443例，检出率为10．41％；乙型肝炎表面抗体（HBsAb）阳性887例，HBsAb阳性率20．85％；HBV标志物五项全阴者为2839例，占总人数的66．72％。结论该地区存在感染的概率较高，建议有关部门加大民族地区的预保资金投入，采取积极有效的措施对没有保护性抗体的人群实施乙肝疫苗接种或补种。

Analysis of 4255 HBV serological test results in Muli County

Objective To analyze the HBV serological test results of 4255 cases in Muli county in order to reduce HBV infec- tion rate and provide an efficient and scientific advice. Methods HBV infection was screened in 4255 subjects from June 1, 2013 to May 7, 2014 in our hospital by using a hepatitis B virus detection kit. The results were analyzed. Results Of the cases, 443 cases were HBsAg positive （detection rate was 10. 41% ） ; 887 cases were HbsAb positive （positive rate was 20. 85% ）. There were 2839 ca- ses having HBV five markers negative （66. 72% of the total）. Conclusion There are higher probability of infection in this area. Gov- ernment departments should increase the minority areas-insurance funds, take positive and effective measures to improve hepatitis B vaccine coverage rates in the region.
