| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨计算机X摄影在新生儿床旁胸片检查中的价值。方法 抽取我院计算机X摄影和传统X线摄影新生儿床旁胸片各200份，由3位主管技师对照片进行分析，统计甲、乙、丙及废片率。结果 计算机X摄影照片甲级片率为52．5％，乙级片率35．0％，丙级片率12．0％，废片率0.5％；传统X线摄影照片甲级片率为41．0％，乙级片率42．5％，丙级片率15．0％，废片率1.5％。结论 计算机X摄影新生儿床旁胸片质量好于传统X摄影，值得广泛应用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the value of computed radiography on bedside chest films of newborn infant.Methods:Two hundred cases of computed radiographic films and 200 traditional X-ray radiographic films of newborn infants were selected from our hospital to be analysed by 3 radiologists respectively.Results: With computed radiography,the quality of the films was classified into grade A 52.5%,grade B 35.0%,grade C12.0%,and waste 0.5%;with traditional X-ray radiography,the quality of the films was classified into grade A41.0%,grade B42.5%,grade C15.0%,and waste 1.5%.Conclusion:The quality of computed radiography is better than traditional Xray radiography on bedside chest films of newborn infant,and it should be widely applied. |
