| 摘 要： | 本研究通过收集社区卫生服务中心医师考核评价指标的相关文献,分析在当前收支两条线改革的大背景下存在的问题,借助绩效考核理论,探究社区卫生服务中心医师考核评价的要素;采用Delph i法,初步建立有激励作用的社区医师考核评价指标体系。

| Abstract: | Based on the literature review,the article analyzed the main problems of evaluation index system of community physicians under the circumstance of the separation of revenue and expenditure.The author discussed the elements of evaluation of community physicians by means of the theory of performance assessment,and established a preliminary index system by using Delphi method. |
