| 摘 要： | 情商主要是指人在情绪、情感、意志、耐受挫折等方面的品质。通过分析护士情商在护理工作中的重要性,提出人性化管理有利于护士情商的提高。管理者可以通过应用综合管理艺术、营造良好工作氛围、调节心理状态、强化情感沟通的策略来提高护士情商,进而直接提高护理质量。 |

| Abstract: | Emotional intelligence refers to the qualities of emotion,feeling,will,tolerance,etc.This paper analyzed the importance of nurses' emotional in- telligence in nursing practice and proposed that the practice of humanized management could improve nurses' emotional intelligence.The nursing managers can apply the art of management,create favorable working environment,regulate emotional status and enhance emotional communication to improve nurses' emotional intelligence and consequently improve the quality of nursing. |
