He-Ne激光血管内照射治疗缺血性脑血管病

目的：观察He-Ne激光血管内照射疗法（ILIB）对缺血性脑血管病的治疗效果。方法：80例确诊为缺血性脑血管病的患者随机分为2组，常规组按神经科常规药物治疗；激光组在此基础上加用He-Ne激光血管内照射治疗，隔日1次，10次1疗程，并在治疗前后进行经颅多普勒（TCD）与脑电地形图（BEAM）检测比较。结果：激光组痊愈率32．5％，临床总有效率95．0％，临床疗效明显高于常规组， 差异有显著性，P＜0．01。治疗前后2组TCD与BEAM检测比较，差异有显著性（P＜0．010。结论：缺血性脑血管病在常规药物治疗基础上加用ILIB可取得更好的临床疗效。TCD与BEAM的检测是评价ILIB治疗缺血性脑血管病敏感指标之一。

Observation of Therapeutic Effects of He-Ne Laser Intravascular Irradiation for Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease

Objective: To observe the effectiveness of low energy of He Ne laser intravascular irradiation (ILIB) in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods: Eighty patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were randomly divided into two groups: the routine treatment group ( n =40) receiving the treatment of conventional drugs and ILIB therapy group ( n =40) receiving ILIB of low energy, once every other day for 10 times besides the routine treatment. The changes of TCD and BEAM were examined and compared before and after treatment. Results: The recovery rate and total effective rate in ILIB therapy group after a course of treatment was 32.5% and 95% respectively, significantly higher than in routine treatment group ( P < 0.01 ). There was significant difference in the changes of TCD and BEAM between the two groups ( P < 0.01 ). Conclusion: Routine drugs in combination with ILIB could get better effectiveness in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Examination of TCD and BEAM is one of useful methods for evaluating the efficacy of ILIB in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
