温热式低周波联合中药封包治疗慢性腰肌劳损的疗效分析

目的：对温热式低周波联合中药封包对慢性腰肌劳损患者的临床治疗效果进行分析，改善慢性腰肌劳损治疗效果。方法选取慢性腰肌劳损患者48例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，各24例，治疗组采用温热式低周波联合中药封包进行临床治疗；对照组采用中药封包治疗，比较两组患者治疗效果。结果两组患者经过治疗JOA下腰痛评分均显著升高，治疗组治疗后JOA下腰痛评分显著高于对照组（22.46±5.80）分 vs（19.17±5.48）分，P＜0.05]。治疗组患者治疗有效率显著高于对照组（95.8% vs 75.0%）（P＜0.05）。结论温热式低周波联合中药封包治疗慢性腰肌劳损能显著降低患者疼痛，提高恢复效果，安全可靠，可在临床推广应用。

Observation of warm low-frequency hyperthermia combined with traditional Chinese medicine packet in treatment of chronic lumbar muscle strain

Objective To analysis the effect of warm low-frequency combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapeutic on patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain for improving the effect of treating chronic lumbar muscle strain. Methods 48 patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 24 cases in each group. The treat-ment group were given warm low-frequency combined with traditional Chinese medicine packets, the control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of packet. The therapeutic effects were compared. Results JOA low back pain scores after treatment of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group (22.46 ± 5.80) vs (19.17 ± 5.48), P<0.05] .The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (95.8%vs 75.0%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Warm low-frequency combined with traditional Chinese medicine packet in treatment of chronic lumbar muscle strain can signifi-cantly reduce the pain of patients and improve the recovery effect, and is worthy of clinical popularization and Application.
