尼可地尔治疗稳定型心绞痛疗效的Meta分析

目的：系统评价尼可地尔治疗稳定型心绞痛的疗效和安全性。方法计算机检索建库至今国内外相关医学数据库，尼可地尔治疗稳定型心绞痛的临床随机对照试验，观察指标包括心绞痛症状改善、心电图改变及头痛发生情况。使用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入11个随机对照试验，1144例患者。Meta分析结果显示，治疗稳定型心绞痛有效性及改善心电图表现方面，尼可地尔均优于单硝酸异山梨酯（OR=2.81，3.43）；而药物不良反应发生率两组药物差异无统计学意义（OR=0.66）。结论尼可地尔治疗稳定型心绞痛相对于硝酸酯类等其他药物更具优势，而不良反应无明显差异。

Effect of nicorandil in treatment of stable angina pectoris:a Meta-analysis based on randomized

Objective To review systematically the curative effect and safety of nicorandil in treatment of stable angina pectoris (SAP). Meth-ods The databases of relative literatures were retrieved with computer for collecting RCT about treatment of UAP with nicorandil. The observation indexes included angina symptoms, electrocardiogram (ecg) changes and untoward effect. After cross checking, RevMan5.3 software was used for a Meta-analysis. Results There were totally 11 RCT included involving 1144 patients. By Meta analysis, Nicorandil based on conventional treat-meng was more effective than Single nitrate yamanashi of phenol in reducing symptoms of angina attacks and improving ECG(OR=2.81, 3.43), but in the aspect of incidence of adverse reactions had no statistical significance(OR=0.66). Conclusion The effect of nicorandil is superior to that of other conventional treatment on SAP , and it has low incidence of adverse reactions as another groups .
