| 摘 要： | 医院药师的培养需要高等院校和联合医院药学部的联合带教和教育。本文通过制度化带教模式弥补药学专业本科生知识结构不足，强化其临床思维，了解医院药学的工作内容，参与医院药学和临床药学日常工作，帮助其养成合理用药意识，成为医院药学的后备力量。

| Abstract: | The cultivation of hospital pharmacists requires joint teaching and training in the department of pharmacy of the hospital and the pharmaceutical colleges.In this article we systematized the teaching and training to make up for the lack of knowledge structure in pharmaceutical students,strengthening clinical thinking and understanding the content of hospital pharmacy work,participate in the daily work of hospital pharmacy and clinical pharmacy,helping the latter to develop aware-ness of the rational use of drugs,become the reserve talents in hospital pharmacy. |
