灯盏细辛和香丹注射液治疗颈性眩晕疗效比较

目的比较灯盏细辛注射液和香丹注射液治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法将112例颈性眩晕患者随机分为2组，分别采用灯盏细辛注射液20mL和香丹注射液20mL静脉滴注，每日1次，治疗2周后观察其疗效。结果灯盏细辛组总有效率为92．9％，香丹组总有效率为82．1％；灯盏细辛组显效率75．0％，高于香丹组的显效率35．7％（P〈0．01）；灯盏细辛平均秩次为67．5，高于香丹组45．5（P〈0．01）。结论灯盏细辛注射液治疗颈性眩晕疗效好于香丹注射液，值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation on Fleabane and Xiangdan Injections to Cure Cervical Vertigo

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of the Fleabane and Xiangdan injections to cure cer vical vertigo. Method 112 cases of cervical vertigo were randomly divided into 2 groups treated with Fleabane injection and Xiangdan injection, 20mL by intravenous drip once per day for 2 weeks, respectively. Then the efficacy was observed. Results The total effective rate in Fleabane group was 92.9% ,while 82.1% in Xiangdan group;the obvious effective rate in Fleabane group 75.0% was higher than the Xiangdan group 35.7% （P〈0. 01）; the average rank order in Fleabane group 67. 5 was higher than the Xiangdan group 45.5 （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The Fleabane injection has better efficacy than Xiangdan injection in cervical vertigo treatment, which is well worth clinical application.
