健康21消毒剂杀灭微生物效果的试验观察

健康２１消毒剂是含次氨酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、三聚磷酸钠的半透明液体，含有效氯６６１００ｍｇ／Ｌ，ｐＨ１３．１８。采用载体定量杀菌试验，了解其对微生物的杀灭效果。结果，以含有效氯１００ｍｇ／Ｌ的该消毒液对布片上金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌分别作用３ｍｉｎ与 ５ｍｉｎ，以含有效氯 ２００ ｍｇ／Ｌ 该液对布片上白色念珠菌作用５ｍｉｎ，以含有效氯２０００ ｍｇ／Ｌ 该液对布片上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用４０ｍｉｎ，杀灭率均为１００％。以含有效氯１５００ｍｇ／Ｌ 该液作用２０ｍｉｎ，可破坏不锈钢片上 ＨＢｓＡｇ抗原性。因此，该消毒剂杀灭微生物效果较好。

EXPERIMENTAL OBSERVATION ON GERMICIDAL EFFICACY OF JIAN-KANG 21 DISINFECTANT

Jian-Kang 21 Disinfectant is a semitransparent liquid containing sodium hypochlorite, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and sodium tripolyphosphate. It contains available chlo- rine 66100 mg / L and has a pH of 13.18. Carrier quantitave germicidal test was used to know its germicidal efficacy. The results showed that the killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli on the cloth strips exposed to the disinfectant solution containing available chlorine 100 mg/ L for 3 min and 5 min respectively, Candida albicans on the cloth strip exposed to the disinfectant solution containing available chlorine 200 mg / L for 5 min and spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger on the cloth strip exposed to the disinfectant so- lution containing available chlorine 2000 mg/L for 40 min were 100%. The disinfectant solu- tion containing available chlorine 1500 mg / L with a 20 min contact time could destroy the antigenicity of HBsAg on the stainless steel coupon. Therefore, this disinfectant has good germicidal efficacy.
