霍山石斛最佳采收期研究

 目的：探索霍山石斛采收期的选优方法，确定其最佳采收期。方法：按不同治疗目的，对各种化学成分及生物量采用加权累加及指数相乘和累加平均的数学方法，对霍山石斛不同生长期的产量、质量及功效进行综合评价。结果：算得霍山石斛1年～4年茎的综合采收指数分别为3.65，4.73，5.43，4.90。结论：若兼顾不同的治疗目的和产量因素，霍山石斛的采收期以第3年秋季最佳。

Study on the best time for harvesting Dendrobium huoshanense

OBJECTIVE:To search a method used for optimization of harvesting time and determine the best time for harvesting Dendrobium huoshanense. METHODS: According to the different treatment objectives and by using the mathematical method of adding up after giving right to the different chemical components, a synthetical appraisal for the output, the quality and the efficacy of Dendrobium huoshanense has been accomplished. RESULTS: The synthetical harvesting index are 3.65, 4.73, 5.43, 4.90 with respect to the stems of one, two, three, four years Dendrobium huoshanense, respectively.CONCLUSION: The best harvesting time of Dendrobium huoshanense is in autumn of the third year when both the different treatment objectives and the yield factor are simultaneously considered.
