加味拈痛胶囊治疗癌性疼痛30例疗效观察

目的:观察加味拈痛胶囊在癌痛第1阶梯止痛中单独用药及第2、3阶梯止痛中与西药联合用药的临床疗效。方法:将60例癌症患者随机分成2组。对照组30例采用WHO3级止痛法;治疗组30例在癌痛第1阶梯止痛中口服加味拈痛胶囊,第2、3阶梯止痛中,同时加服加味拈痛胶囊,进行止痛疗效、止痛持续时间、毒副反应等对照观察。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.67%,止痛完全缓解率46.67%,对照组总有效率为93.33%,止痛完全缓解率16.67%,治疗组止痛疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);止痛持续时间治疗组平均8小时,对照组平均6小时,2组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);副反应治疗组的发生率少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:加味拈痛胶囊具有良好的镇痛效果及低副反应,与癌痛2、3级止痛西药联合用药,能加强其止痛效果,并减轻其副作用。

Treatment of Carcinomatous Pain by Jiawei Niantong Capsule: A Clinical Observation of 30 Cases

Objective:To observe the analgesic effect of Jiawei Niantong Capsule (JNC) in the 1st step and JNC combined with westerm medicine in 2nd and 3rd step treatment of carcinomatous pain. Methods:60 cases were allocated to control group (30 cases) and treatment group (30 Cases) randomly. The control group was treated by WHO 3-grade analgesic program,and the treatment group was treated by JNC in the 1st step and by 3-grade analgesic program and JNC simul taneously in the 2nd and 3rd step.The analgesic effect and duration and toxic and side effects were observed. Results: The total effective rate was 96 67% and the completely analgesic remission rate was 46 67% in treatment group and 93.33%,16.67% respectively in control group (P < 0.05);the analgesic duration lasted for 8h,6h respectively. The difference between two group was markedly significant (P < 0.01).The incidence of side effect in treatment group is less than that of control group (P < 0.01).Conclusion: JNC possesses good analgesic effect and lower side effect, and combination with western medicine in the 2nd and 3rd step can enhance the analgesic effect and reduce the side effect.
