摘    要:观察结果表明过氧戊二酸对大肠杆菌噬菌休f2有较强的杀灭作用,并影响其吸附特性和感染能力。电镜观察表明过氧戊二酸处理后的f2颗粒聚集成团、变形破碎或残缺不全,这可能是f2灭活的主要原因。

Mechanism of Inactivation of E.coli Bacteriophage f_2 by Perglutaric Acid

Abstract:Our results suggest that perglutaric acid is an effective disinfectant to entire viruses,and can change the phahg's specific adsorption and in fectivity. By electron microscope, the PGA-treated phage particles became clustered,deformed and fragmentary was observed. The mechanism of inactivation of E. coli phage f2 is mainly by oxidization and destruction of the suspectible amino acids of the capsid proteins.
