摘    要:以建构主义理念为内核,引入教学助理制度,构建基于建构主义的有机化学教学助理教学模型。利用建构主义教学理念中协作学习和利用问题式教学创建学习情境的教学方式的优势,以教学助理小组为形式实施,激发学生自主学习的兴趣,提高教学效果。同时,利用教学助理全程导学和及时交流弥补建构主义以学生为中心而忽视教师主导作用、师生情感交流不足和教学方向偏离的缺陷,起到补充课堂教学、培养学生自主学习和创新思维的作用。

Abstract:We constructed a teaching model of organic chemistry teacher assistant system based on constructivism. The teaching model takes the advantage of constructivism-based coordinated learning and teaching methods of PBL learning to create learning environments, and carries it out in groups of teacher assistants, which can arouse students' interest in autonomous learning and improve teaching effects. The teacher assistant's guiding study in the whole course and timely communication make up for the deficiency of neglecting teacher' s guiding role but centering around students, inadequate teacher-student emotional communication and deviation of teaching direction. This teaching model complements classroom teaching, cultivates students' autonomous learning and creative thinking.
