两种方法治疗胫腓骨多段骨折疗效对比分析

目的:双比两种方法治疗胫腓骨多段骨折的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析1999年~2005年间采用两种方法治疗胫腓骨多段骨折46例,通过随访观察及治疗效果的比较来判断哪种方法更为有效。结果:平均随访16个月,临床愈合时间上保守治疗组平均12周,外固定架组平均8~12周,且全部解剖或近于解剖复位。结论:外固定架治疗胫腓骨多段骨折具有创伤小,操作简单,可早期进行功能锻炼,防止关节僵硬和肌肉萎缩,有利于骨折愈合和肢体功能恢复等优点,值得推广。

Effect analysis on two methods in the treatment of segmentation fracture of tibia and fibula

Objective To explore the curative effect of two methods in the treatment of segmentation fracture of tibia and fibula.Method 46 cases with segmentation fracture of tibia and fibula treated with two methods from 1999 to 2005 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The average follow-up time was 16 months.The mean healing time of the conservative group was 12 weeks,and that of the external fixture group was 8～12 weeks.The two groups both got total or near anatomical reduction.Conclusion The advantages of external fixture are less trauma,easy to use,early functional exercises,avoiding joint stiffen and muscular atrophy.It will be beneficial to frature healing and functional recovery of the limbs.
