目的 探讨高压氧治疗在预防跟骨骨折术后皮瓣坏死中所发挥的作用.方法 选取2005年1月至2010年6月210例跟骨骨折患者为研究对象,分高压氧组(142例)与对照组(68例),比较2组患者的切口愈合情况.结果 高压氧组142例发生坏死12例,坏死率8.5％;对照组患者13例发生坏死,坏死率19.1％,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 高压氧治疗可以明显促进跟骨骨折术后切口愈合.
