| 摘 要： | ①目的探讨血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）在妊娠高血压综合征（妊高征）发病中的作用。②方法以免疫组织化学方法观察VEGF及其受体酪氨酸激酶-1（FI，T-1）在正常妊娠及妊高征胎盘绒毛中的表达。③结果VEGF主要表达于胎盘绒毛滋养叶细胞；FLT-1在胎盘中表达于滋养叶细胞、绒毛间质和血管内皮细胞；妊高征组胎盘中VEGF、FLT-1的表达均较正常晚期妊娠组弱，差异有显著性（t=2．358、2．447，P〈0．05）。④结论胎盘中VEGF及FLT-1表达的降低，可能致胎盘浅表着床，从而可能诱发妊高征。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in the genesis of pregnancy-induced hypertension(PIH). Methods Expressions of VEGF and its receptor FLT-1 were measured immunohistochemically in placental villi in women with normal pregnancy and PIH. Results VEGF was mainly expressed in the trephocytes of the placenta villi. FLT-1 was expressed in the trephocytes in normal term placenta, villous interstitial substance, and vascular endothelial cells. In PIH group, the distribution of VEGF and FLT-1 immunoreactivity was significantly reduced (t=2.358,2.447; P<(0.05)). Conclusion The reduced expression of VEGF and FLT-1 in placenta might lead to superficial implantation and the genesis of PIH. |
