植骨Herbert钉固定治疗腕舟骨骨折延迟愈合、不愈合

目的观察植骨Herbert钉固定治疗腕舟骨延迟愈合、不愈合（HerbertC、D1、D2型）的临床疗效。方法针对56例腕舟骨骨折延迟愈合、骨不愈合，根据骨折的分型、骨折端硬化程度，采用切复植骨Herbert钉内固定治疗，定期随访，观察疗效。结果所有病例均获得6～20个月随访，平均7个月，骨折均在术后6个月内愈合，愈合率达100％。总优良率87．5％。结论采用切复植骨Herbert钉内固定治疗腕舟骨骨折延迟愈合、不愈合（HerbertC、D1、D2型），能取得良好的临床疗效。

Bone transplantation of herbert nail on the treatment of delayed fracture healing and scaphoid nonunion

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of bone transplantation of Herbert nail on the treatment of delayed fracture healing and scaphoid nonunion.Methods For 56 cases of delayed fracture healing and scaphoid nonunion,according to fracture type and hardening of fracture,the treatment with open reduction and Herbert nail fixation of bone was used and with regular follow-up to observe the effect.Results All patients were followed 7.2 months average follow-up time.Fractures after 6 months were healed.(Hundred percent healing rate Rate of 87.5 percent of the total fine).Conclusion Herbert bone nail can fix the scaphoid fracture,promote the osteogenesis and accelerate the healing process,so it can effectively treat scaphoid nonunion.It has a great value in clinical application.
