| 摘 要： | 脂质体是发展迅速的新型药物输送载体,在药物传递和膜结构研究中起重要作用.脂质体在制备、储存以及应用过程中,可能受物理、化学和生物等因素影响,发生结构上的变化,直接影响其载药稳定性和生物功能.从分子水平对影响脂质体结构的多种因素及其机制进行综述.

| Abstract: | As an rapidly developed novel drug delivery carrier,liposome has been playing an important role in drug delivery and membrane structure research.During preparation,storage and application processes,many factors,including physical,chemical and biological factors may affect liposomes structure which will directly impact the stability of the drug delivery and biological functions of the liposomes.A variety of factors concerning liposomes structure and action mechanisms are reviewed in this article at molecular level. |
