丁苯酞软胶囊治疗急性脑梗死的临床研究

目的评价丁苯酞软胶囊治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法将70例急性脑梗死的患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各35例，对照组予以常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用丁苯酞软胶囊200mg，每日3次。20d为1个疗程。在治疗前和治疗后2周、4周和3个月分别进行神经功能缺损评分及日常生活能力评估。结果两组患者在治疗前日常生活能力、神经功能缺损评分间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），治疗组与对照组在治疗后4周、3个月时日常生活能力、神经功能缺损评分间差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论丁苯酞软胶囊治疗急性脑梗死疗效确切。

The Clinical Study on Buthylphthalide in Treating Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To evaluate the effects of butyphthalide in treating acute cerebral infarction. Methods 70 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomized divided into two groups. 35 patients in the control group were treated with the former basic methods, and the other 35 patients treated with butylphthalide 200rag, po rid individually the former basic treatments, with a course of 14 d for each of both groups. The rating scale score of neural function defect and activity of daily life were adopted for evaluation in this study on before and after 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 3months. Results The recovery of the neural function defect and activity of daily life of the treatment groups are much better than those of the control groups. Conclusion Butyphthalide is safe and effective in treating acute cerebral infarction.
