摘    要:
目的 探讨门诊护士执业环境现况,为医院管理者改善门诊护士执业环境提供针对性的理论依据。方法 采取质性研究中的现象学研究法,以面对面、半结构式访谈方式对10名门诊护士进行深度访谈。结果 提炼出5个主题:医院的薪酬分配制度稍有欠缺;门诊护士缺乏进修学习的机会或参加国内外学术活动/会议的机会;门诊护士工作得到的社会认可度较低;护士缺乏参与医院管理决策的能力;护士有机会参与医院内部管理。结论 医院管理者应重视门诊护士在执业环境中带来的工作压力和挑战,帮助护士们积极寻求得到尊重和减轻工作压力的有效方式。

Abstract:
Objective to explore the current situation of the practice environment of outpatient nurses, and to provide a theoretical basis for hospital managers to improve the practice environment of outpatient nurses. Methods 10 out-patient nurses were interviewed face-to-face and semi-structured in-depth by using the phenomenological research method of qualitative research. Results five themes were extracted: the salary distribution system of the hospital was slightly deficient; the outpatient nurses lacked the opportunity of further study or participation in academic activities / conferences at home and abroad; the social recognition of the outpatient nurses was low; the nurses lacked the ability to participate in hospital management decision-making; the nurses had the opportunity to participate in the internal management of the hospital. Conclusion hospital managers should pay attention to the work pressure and challenges brought by the outpatient nurses in the practice environment, and help nurses actively seek effective ways to get respect and reduce the work pressure.
