摘    要:
 目的建立毛细管气相色谱法同时测定枸杞子及其制剂中有机氯农药六六六、滴滴涕、五氯硝基苯等9个组分残留。方法采用SE-54弹性石英毛细管(0.32 mm×30 m,25μm)色谱柱,进样口温度为230℃;检测器温度300℃。不分流进样,程序升温,电子捕获检测器,高纯度氮气为载气,外标法定量。结果9种有机氯农药在1~100μg·L-1内线性关系良好。枸杞子及其制剂中9种有机氯农药的加样回收率为86.8%~108.8%,相对标准偏差为2.24%~7.02%。各种农药的最低检出限范围为0.02~0.15μg·L-1。结论该方法操作简便、快速、灵敏、准确,适于批量样品的测定。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of organchloride pesticides residue in barbary wolfberry.METHODS With gas chromatographic(GC)and SE-54 flexible quartz capillary(0.32 mm×30 m,25μm)chromatographic column,sample was injectied at 230℃,electron capture detector(ECD)temperature was at 300℃.The separation was performed on capillary column with ECD.Carrier gas was nitrogen.Extemal standards were used for guantitative dertermination.RESULTS 9 Kinds of organochlorde pesticide resticide detect- ed(isomers of BHc,isomers of DDT,quintozene)had good linear correlation within 1~100μg·L-1,the limit of detection was 0.02~0.15μg·L-1.The averrage recoverys and relative standard deviations were 86.8~108.8% and 2.24%~7.02% respectively.CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid,accurate and can be used for the determination of organchlorinated pesticides residue.
