| 摘 要： | 患者,女,19岁,因右肘伤痛发生已1周,经外院治疗后仍疼痛且转动肘部不灵活,故来门诊就诊。患者主诉：1周前行走时跌倒,用右手掌撑地后,即感右肘疼痛,活动受限,送至外院摄片检查右肘部诸骨未见明显骨折和脱位,诊断为右肘部软组织损伤,给予针灸和外敷化瘀消肿药物治疗,
