老年股骨颈骨折患者医院感染调查分析及护理对策

目的探讨老年股骨颈骨折患者医院感染的特点及原因，为制定护理对策提供依据。方法采用回顾性调查方法分析2000年1月至2009年3月老年股骨颈骨折患者的医院感染率情况。结果本组185例老年股骨颈骨折患者共发生医院感染27例（14．60％），显著高于同期全院平均医院感染率4．80％（P〈0．01）。感染部位以呼吸道占首位，构成比37．04％。医院感染与年龄、住院时间、基础病、各种侵入性操作及抗生素的应用有密切的关系。结论老年股骨颈骨折患者医院感染的发生是多种因素所致，应严格无菌操作技术，规范侵入性操作，提高机体的抵抗力，重视加强护理工作，可降低老年股骨颈骨折患者医院感染的发生。

Survey analysis and nursing strategy of hospital infection among the thighbone neck bone fracture of old age patients

Objective To investigate the characteristics and nursing measures of hospital infections among the thighbone neck bone fracture of old age patients. Methods We surveyed the hospital infection conditions among the thighbone neck bone fracture of old age patients from Jan. 2000 to Mar. 2009 retrospectively. Results The hospital infection happened to 27 out of 185 the thighbone neck bone fracture of old age patients （ 14. 60% ）, significantly higher than the same period of the hospital infection rates 4. 80% （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The main infetion site was respiratory tract infection （37. 04% ） and the hospital infection was closely related with age, length of stay in hospital, the basis of disease, a variety of invasive procedures and the application of antibiotics. Conclusions There are many factors causing the hospital infection of the department of the thighbone neck bone fracture of old age patients. We sloutd enforce the asepitic technology recommendations strictly, use the antibiotics rationally and improve patient＇ s defence ability, strengthen the nursing work, improve the nursing quality to reduce the rate of hospital infection of the thighbone neck bone fracture of old age patients.
