锁定接骨板治疗胫骨平台骨折的疗效观察

目的:探讨锁定接骨板治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取郑州市第六人民医院2009年7月至2013年6月收治的23例胫骨平台骨折患者作为研究对象,均给予锁定接骨板内固定治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:23例患者膝关节功能评定结果优良率为91.3%。所有患者均无并发症发生,切口Ⅰ期愈合,而且所有患者患膝的正常力线及骨性稳定得到恢复。结论:锁定接骨板内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折效果显著,骨折愈合好,术后并发症少,值得推广应用。

Clinical observation on the treatment of tibial plateau fractures with locking plate

Objective ： To study the curative effects of locking plate in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures. Methods： 23 patients with tibial plateau fractures in the Sixth People＇s Hospital of Zhengzhou from July 2009 to June 2013 were selected and treated with locking plate. The curative effects were analyzed. Results： The knee joint functions recovery rate was 91.3%. All patients had no complications. All incisions were primary healing. All bony structures retured to normal. Conclusion ： Locking plate internal fixation is effective for the treatment of tibial plateau fractures with higher rate of fracture healing and less postoperative complications. It deserves clinical expan- sion.
