| 摘 要： | 观察骨形成蛋白特异的细胞内信号转导分子Ｓｍａｄ１在人牙胚发育过程中的表达变化，探讨Ｓｍａｄ１在牙齿发育过程中的作用，方法制备人牙发育各期标本，免疫组化方法观察Ｓｍａｄ１在人牙胚发育过程中的表达情况。结果：Ｓｍａｄ１在牙胚发育的不同时期均见不同的时表达模式。

| Abstract: | AIM: To investigate the expression of Smad 1 rotein in tooth germ development, to explore the function of Smad 1 during tooth germ development. METHODS: Using immunohistochemical staining after preparing specimens of every stage of human developing tooth germ. RESULTS: Smad 1 had its own specific temporal-spatial pattern during tooth germ development. CONCLUSION:The expression of Smad 1 gene in tooth germ development was detected. It suggests that Smad 1 may play a role in tooth germ development. |
