乳管镜在无乳头溢液患者中的诊断价值

目的探讨乳管镜在无乳头溢液乳腺病患者中的诊断价值。方法对165例无乳头溢液乳腺病患者进行乳管镜检查，并对有异常发现者进行手术切除和病理组织学检查。结果165例患者行乳管镜检查，9例未见异常，45例为乳管扩张症，84例为乳管炎症，6例为乳管内乳头状瘤，18例为乳管内乳头状瘤病，3例为导管内癌。乳管镜诊断与病理诊断的符合率为64．1％。结论对于无乳头溢液乳腺病患者，乳管镜有一定的临床诊断价值。

Diagnostic value of ductoscopy in patients without nipple discharge

[Objective] To assess the diagnostic value of duetoseopy in patients without nipple discharge. [Methods] 165 cases of breast disease without nipple discharge were performed by ductoscopy. Those abnormal were followed by surgery and histopathologic diagnosis. [Results] Of 165 cases, 9 were normal. Among the rest cases, there were ductal ectasia in 45 cases, galactophorltis in 84 cases, intraductal papilloma in 6 cases, intraductal papillomatosis in 18 cases and 3 ductal carcinoma in situ. The accord rate of pathological diagnosis with FDS was 64.1%. [ Conclusions] Fiberoptic ductoscopy has certain clinical significance in patients without nipple discharge.
