| 摘 要： | 近一年来为12例患者施行右锁骨下静脉穿刺中心静脉插管。心电图监测显示，当导管尖端到达上腔静脉内时P波变为高尖，术后经X光透视并摄取胸片证实导管尖端位于上腔静脉内。提示心电图技术可用于监测中心静脉导管尖端位置。 |

| Abstract: | Central venous catheters were inserted via right subclavian vein in 12 pateints in the past year. A high peaked P wave was identified as the catheter tip lay in the superior vena cava. Chtheter tips were proved to lie in superior vena cava by X-rays after operation. It was suggested that the electrocardio- graphy technique might be used to inspect the central venous catheter tip. |
