| 摘 要： | 目的探讨卵巢癌组织Survivin的表达情况。方法运用免疫组织化学S-P法检测卵巢肿瘤组织中凋亡抑制因子Survivin的表达情况,以正常卵巢组织作为正常对照组。结果30例卵巢肿瘤组织Survivin阳性表达25例,阳性率为83.33%,6例正常卵巢组织均无Survivin的表达。卵巢癌组织Survivin阳性表达20例,阳性率为80%,交界性性卵巢肿瘤组织Survivin阳性表达3例,阳性率为60%。各组间比较差异有显著性。结论凋亡抑制因子Survivin在卵巢癌组织中高表达,它可能与卵巢癌的发生、发展有关,并有可能成为卵巢癌治疗的新靶点。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression of Survivin in ovarian cancer.Methods The expression of Survivin in ovarian cancer was examined by immunochemistry S-P.Results 25 of 30 cases were found Survivin expressed in ovarian tumor,and the positive rate was 83.33%,while all normal ovarian tissue was not expressed.20 cases were found Survivin expressed in ovarian cancer,and the positive rate was 80%,while 3 cases were found Survivin expressed in borderline ovarian tumors(BOT),the positive rate was 60%.Conclusion Survivin is highly expressed in ovarian carcinoma tissue.Survivin is probably related with ovary carcinoma's occurrence and development and it is probably a new target for comedy of ovarian cancer. |
