| 摘 要： | 目的 观察针刺百会治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效.方法 设针刺百会治疗组与西药治疗对照观察.结果 治疗2疗程后,治疗组痊愈率34.92%,对照组痊愈率17.46%,两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论 针刺百会治疗颈性眩晕是一种易接受、疗程短、无副作用、疗效可靠的治疗方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of treating cervical vertigo by needling acupoint Baihui (DU-20).Methods:Two groups were setup for observation.One group served as a treatment group and was treated by needling Baihui (DU-20);the other group served as a control group and was treated by western medicine.Results After being treated for two therapeutic courses,the cured rate was 34.92% in the treatment group and 17.46% in the control group,with a significant difference between the two group (P＜0.05) .Conclusion Needling acupoint baihui (DU-20) is an ideal therapy with a short therapeutic course,no adverse effect and reliable therapeutic effect for cervical vertigo. |
