摘    要:目的:探讨鉴别生前伤、死后伤及推断损伤时间的方法。方法:运用ELISA检测大白鼠切割创缘皮肤内PGE3含量的变化规律。结果:生前损伤后10-70min,损伤组织中PGE2含量逐渐升高。生前伤PGE2含量与损伤时间有线性关系。结论:ELISA检测损伤皮肤中PGE2含量能鉴别生前伤及死后伤,推断损伤时间。

Abstract:Objective To estimate the wounded time and to identify the premortem and postmortem. Methods The ELISA was used to detect the law of change in prostaglandin E 2(PGE 2) in the incision edge skin of the mice. Results The level of PGE 2 began to increase in 10 minutes after the premortem injury and is the highest in 70 minutes. There is linear relation between the level of PGE 2 in the premortem injury and the wounded time. Conclusion The result of experiment shows that there is great applied value to the estimate of the premortem injuries and the postmortem injury and to estimate wounded time.
