上海市浦东新区自动售水机卫生现况调查及分析

目的了解自动售水机卫生状况,保障自动售水机饮用水安全。方法以上海市浦东新区辖区内所有的自动售水机为对象,随机抽取236台对其周边环境、出水凹口防护门情况、机器外壳及出水凹口情况、信息公示情况、广告内容情况等内容开展卫生学调查;同时对自动售水机出水采样检测。结果所调查的自动售水机中有17.37%周边存在有污染源,11.44%周边地面排水不畅有积水;2.54%未安装防护门,8.47%防护门已损坏不能正常使用;30.93%外表存在污迹,2.12%外壳已破损;28.40%取水凹口内壁有明显的污渍;19.49%公示信息不全;3.81%有不规范的广告内容。受调查的自动售水机水质合格率为76.69%。同时,公司直接管理与个人承包管理的自动售水机水水质合格率之间的差异有统计学意义(Pearsonc2=4.869,P=0.027)。结论为保障广大人民群众生活饮水的安全,急需出台与现制现售水相关的法律法规及规范标准已是迫在眉睫,应引起相关部门的重视。在自动售水机行业里,政府应鼓励和扶持一些有规模、管理规范的经营公司做大、做强,并通过行业管理帮助和规范那些个体承包经营者,引导其自律经营行为;而卫生行政部门也应该加强对这部分经营者的监管。
