躯体形式障碍的临床特征研究

躯体形式障碍是精神科常见的一种神经症，该病具有较高的发病率和很强的专科特点。绝大多数患者到综合医院就诊，但往往被误诊，临床识别率和有效治疗率很低，给患者造成极大的经济和心理负担。本文对国内外有关资料进行分析总结，对躯体形式障碍的流行现状、临床诊断、症状特征、发病机制、治疗等作一综述，以期提高社会和各科医生对该病的识别能力，减少医疗资源的过度消耗，使疾病得到早期有效治疗。

The Clinical Features Research of Somatoform Disorder

Somatoform disorder is one of the psychiatric common neurosis,the disease has high incidence and strong specialty characteristics.The vast majority of patients come to the general hospital,but often misdiagnosed,clinical recognition and effective treatment is very low and cause great economic and psychological burden for patients.In this paper,the relevant data analysis summarized both at home and abroad,popular status of somatoform disorders,clinical diagnosis,symptom and pathogenesis,treatment,etc.In order to improve the social and the doctor on the recognition of the disease in all the subjects,reduce the excessive consumption of medical resources,make the disease get effective early treatment.
