正常高值血压对糖尿病患者微量白蛋白尿的影响

目的：探讨正常高值血压对糖尿病患者微量白蛋白尿（MAU）的影响。方法：对到本院就诊的已排除高血压的糖尿病患者进行尿蛋白/尿肌酐（UACR）测定,筛选出符合30 mg/g≤UACR≤300 mg/g的患者202例,其中正常高值血压组86例,正常血压组116例,分析两组UACR差异。结果：正常高值血压组UACR显著高于正常血压组,差异有统计学意义（χ2=20.087,P〈0.01）。Logistic回归分析显示,正常高值血压与糖尿病MAU呈独立相关。结论：正常高值血压是糖尿病性MAU的独立危险因素之一。

Effect of Prehypertension on Microalbuminuria in Patients with Diabetes

Objective： To explore the effect of prehypertension on microalbuminuria in patients with diabetes. Method：Urine protein/creatinine（UACR）was assayed among patients with diabetes but without high blood.202 cases of 30 mg/g≤UACR≤300 mg/g including 86 subjects with prehypertension and 116 with normotension were screened. The difference of UACR between the two groups was analyzed. Result：UACR level was higher in prehypertension group than that in normotension group.The difference between both groups was statistically significant（χ2=20.087,P〈0.01）. Logistic regression analysis showed that prehypertension was independently associated with MAU in patients with diabetes. Conclusion：Prehypertension is one of independent risk factors of diabetic MAU.
