宫腔镜下宫腔粘连分离术后再粘连的预防及疗效观察

摘    要:目的:比较两种预防宫腔粘连分离术后再粘连的预防效果,为临床预防再粘连提供指导。方法:将120例患者按照入院先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。两组均行宫腔粘连分离术。对照组术后常规置入宫内节育器,观察组术后宫腔置入Foley球囊导尿管,并注入粘停宁液、口服戊酸雌二醇。比较两组的疗效和再粘连发生情况。结果:观察组治愈32例,显效25例,治疗有效率为95.00%;复发3例,复发率为5.00%。两组上述指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:相比于常规置入宫内节育器,术后宫腔置入Foley球囊导尿管,并注入粘停宁液、口服戊酸雌二醇可以获得更好疗效,并且降低再粘连率,值得在临床中推广使用。

Abstract:Objective:To compare the values of two kinds intrauterine adhesions separation technique of preventing intrauterine adhesions.Method:120 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 60 cases in each in accordance with the order of admission. The control group conventionally inserted IUD after separation technique,while the observation group was placed Foley balloon catheter and injected into the sticky liquid and Nachitin,oral pentanoic acid estradiol. After three months,the curative effects and recurrence were compared. Result:The number of cured,markedly effective,ineffective,effective rate,recurrence and recurrence rate of the observation group were respectively 32 cases,25 cases,95.00%,3 cases,5.00%,which had statistically significant difference compared to the control group(P〈0.01).Conclusion:Compared to conventionally inserted IUD,to inject the sticky liquid and Nachitin,oral pentanoic acid estradiol have a better effect,and the adhesion rate have reduced significantly.
