麻杏石甘汤口服联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管哮喘急性发作临床研究

目的：探讨麻杏石甘汤口服联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管哮喘急性发作的临床治疗效果。方法：将本院2013年1-12月期间收治的60例支气管哮喘急性发作患儿随机分为两组，即对照组30例，观察组30例。两组患儿均给予常规抗感染、止咳祛痰治疗。对照组患儿在此治疗基础上给予雾化吸入沙丁胺醇治疗。观察组给予麻杏石甘汤口服联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗，治疗2周后，分别观察两组患儿治疗有效率及治疗前后患儿肺部功能变化情况。结果：对照组治疗有效率为66.67%，观察组治疗有效率为93.33%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（χ2=5.323，P〈0.05）。治疗后两组患者肺部功能各项观察指标均有明显变化，观察组肺部各项观察指标变化程度明显优于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：采用麻杏石甘汤口服联合沙丁胺醇治疗小儿支气管哮喘急性发作，效果显著，可改善患儿肺部功能，值得临床推广。

Clinical Study of Maxingshigan Decoction Combined with Salbutamol Atomization Inhalation in the Treatment of Acute Attack of Bronchial Asthma in Children

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Maxingshigan decoction combined with salbutamol in treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma in children.Method：60 cases of acute attack of bronchial asthma treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the control group, 30 cases in the observation group.Two groups were given conventional anti infection,cough expectorant treatment.Based on the the above treatment,the control group were treated with nebulized salbutamol treatment.The observation group was given Maxingshigan decoction combined with salbutamol.2 weeks after the treatment,the treatment effective rate of the two groups were observed,and the pulmonary function indexes of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Result：The effective rate of the control group was 66.67%,the effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,the difference between the two groups was significant（χ2=5.323,P〈0.05）.After the treatment,the lung function indexes of two groups had obvious change,the lung index change of the observation group was significantly better than those of the control group,the difference of the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The use of Maxingshigan decoction combined with salbutamol in the treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma has obvious effect,it can improve the pulmonary function of children,it is worth the clinical promotion.
