增强型透明贴对化疗性静脉炎的预防及治疗作用

目的：探讨增强型透明贴对化疗性静脉炎的预防及治疗作用。方法：本研究中笔者设计了两组试验。（1）预防研究中，选取2010年2-12月在本院行化疗的89例患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为试验组43例和对照组46例，试验组采用增强型透明贴，对照组采用普通透明贴，观察比较两组患者的化疗性静脉炎发生率。（2）治疗研究中，选取2011年2月-2013年8月本院发生化疗性静脉炎的75例患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为试验组37例和对照组38例，试验组采用增强型透明贴，对照组采用硫酸镁湿敷，观察比较两组患者的治愈时间。结果：预防研究中，试验组的化疗性静脉炎发生率9.3%（4/43）明显低于对照组的26.1%（12/46），差异有统计学意义（P=0.039）。治疗研究中，试验组的治愈时间（32.6±5.9）h明显短于对照组的（47.9±12.6）h，差异有统计学意义（P=0.010）。结论：增强型透明贴不但对化疗性静脉炎有较好的预防作用，而且可用于治疗化疗性静脉炎，值得临床推广应用。

The Prevention and Treatment Effect of Enhanced Transparent Paste on Chemotherapy Induced Phlebitis

To investigate the prevention and treatment effect of enhanced transparent paste on chemotherapy induced phlebitis.Method：In this research,the author designed two sets of test.（1）In prevention study, 89 patients in our hospital for chemotherapy from February 2010 to December 2010 were selected,they were randomly divided into the experimental group for 43 cases and the control group for 46 cases.The experimental group was given enhanced transparent paste and the control group was given ordinary transparent paste.The incidence of chemotherapy induced phlebitis between the two groups was observed and compared.（2）In the treatment research,75 patients had chemotherapy induced phlebitis in our hospital from February 2011 to August 2013 were selected,they were randomly divided into the experimental group for 37 cases and the control group for 38 cases.The experimental group was given enhanced transparent paste and the control group was given magnesium sulfate wet compress.The healing time between the two groups was observed and compared.Result：In prevention study,the incidence of chemotherapy induced phlebitis in the experimental group was 9.3%（4/43）,it was significantly lower than 26.1%（12/46）of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P=0.039）.In the treatment research,the healing time of the experimental group was（32.6±5.9）h,it was significantly shorter than（47.9±12.6）h of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P=0.010）.Conclusion：Enhanced transparent paste has better prevention effect on chemotherapy induced phlebitis,it can be used for the treatment of chemotherapy induced phlebitis,worthy of clinical application.
