| 摘 要： | 目的观察阿法骨化醇对老年高血压合并颈动脉粥样硬化(CAS)患者血尿酸(BUA)、补体C3和血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平的影响。方法随机选择122例老年高血压合并CAS患者分为两组。治疗组:65例患者口服阿法骨化醇加常规药物治疗3月。对照组:57例患者接受常规药物治疗3月。比较治疗前后患者的血压、血糖、血脂、肾功能、CRP、C3和BUA水平的变化。结果阿法骨化醇治疗组患者治疗后CRP、C3和BUA水平明显低于治疗前(P0.05);对照组患者治疗前后CRP、C3和BUA的水平差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论阿法骨化醇能够降低老年高血压病合并CAS患者的CRP、C3和BUA水平,可能对防治动脉粥样硬化有着积极的作用。
