CALR基因突变在骨髓增殖性肿瘤中的研究进展

摘    要:经典的断裂点簇集区/Abelson白血病病毒(BCR/ABL)融合基因呈阴性的骨髓增殖性肿瘤(MPN),包括真性红细胞增多症(PV)、原发性血小板增多症(ET)、原发性骨髓纤维化(PMF),为一组起源于多能造血干细胞的恶性骨髓增殖性疾病.近来,多项研究表明,多数Janus激酶(JAK)2 V617F突变呈阴性的MPN患者存在体细胞钙网蛋白(CALR)基因突变.笔者就CALR基因突变引发的MPN的发病机制、临床特征及诊断的研究进展进行综述.

Abstract:Classical breakpoint cluster region/Abelson leukemia virus (BCR/ABL) fusion gene negative myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN),including polycythemia vera (PV),essential thrombocythemia (ET) and primary myelofibrosis (PMF),are malignant myeloproliferative disorders which originated from pluripotent hematopoietic stem cells.Recently,a number of studies showed somatic calreticulin (CALR) gene mutation was found in a majority of patients diagnosed as Janus kinase (JAK)2 mutation-negative MPN.This article reviews the literatures on the pathogenesis,clinical manifestation and diagnosis of MPN with CALR mutation.
