| 摘 要： | 目的:观察顽疣净含药血清对复发尖锐湿疣(CA)患者外周血T细胞分泌Th1/Th2细胞因子的影响。方法:ELISA法检测顽疣净含药血清对T细胞分泌IL-2I、L-4和IFN-γ的影响。结果:顽疣净能有效提高Th1型细胞因子IL-2和IFN-γ水平,降低Th2型细胞因子IL-4表达。结论:顽疣净含药血清具有调整复发CA患者的Th1/Th2亚群平衡的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect of a Chinese herbal drug Wanyoujing herb serum(WYJS) on Th1/Th2 cytokines from T cells in peripheral blood of relapsing condyloma acuminatum patients.Methods: ELISA method was used to measure the cytokines' level of interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-4(IL-4) and interferon-γ(IFN-γ) released by T lymphocytes.Results: Wanyoujing herb serum increased levels of Th1 type cytokines(IL-2 and IFN-γ),and inhibited the secretion of Th2 type cytokine(IL-4).Conclusion: Wanyoujing herb serum could regulate Th1/Th2 subgroups' balance,which might play an important role in treating relapsing condyloma acuminatum. |
