在腹腔镜下行髂内动脉结扎及置泵10例

目的 探讨腹腔镜髂内动脉结扎及置泵可行性。方法 对10例膀胱癌患者采用经腹腔镜行一侧髂内动脉结扎并植泵，对侧髂内动脉结扎，用于膀胱癌经尿道电切术后的序贯化疗。结果 1例改行开放髂内动脉置泵，9例手术成功。手术时间40～120min，平均65min。出血10～30mL，肠功能恢复6～12h，当日开始灌注化疗药物，术后3d下床活动。带泵2、3a。结论 在腹腔镜下行髂内动脉结扎及置泵具有创伤小、出血少、愈合快等优点，在泌尿外科有很宽广的发展前景。

10 cases of bladder cancer performed ligating and embedding a pump in iliac artery by laparoscop

Objective] To explore the feasibility of ligating and embedding a pump in the iliac artery by laparoscopic. Method] With one iliac artery was both ligated and embedded a pump in by laparoscop, and so did the other except for embedded a pump. All that was for the succession and regular chemotherapy after TUR-BT and 10 cases of bladder cancer were carried out. Results] 1 cases was failure, 9 cases were success, the operation time was 40~120 minutes and with average time was 65 minutes. The amount of bleeding was 30~40 mL, gastric intestinal function was recovered after 6~12 hours and the irrigation of chemo therapy durgs was permitted at the first day. Walking off-bed could been done in the third day and the span of remain-tube-time was 2, 3 years. Conclusion] Ligating and embedding a tube in the iliac artery by laparoscop has broad development and prospective with such advantages as small wound, a little bleeding and quick recovery etc in urology.
