| 摘 要： | 目的了解新疆和田地区维吾尔族居民空腹血糖受损（IFG）和糖尿病（DM）的患病率及相关因素。方法采用整群抽取随机抽样的方法抽取新疆和田地区及下属三个乡镇的4619名35岁以上维吾尔族居民进行横断面调查。结果新疆和田地区维吾尔族居民IFG检出率为4.94%,标化率为4.69%;其中男性为5.08%,女性为4.83%,标化率分别为4.77%、4.66%;男女性及总的DM患病率分别为6.00%、5.43%、5.67%,标化后分别为5.39%、5.12%、5.23%。Logistic回归分析结果显示：年龄、总胆固醇和甘油三酯是空腹血糖水平增高的独立危险因素。结论新疆和田地区维吾尔族中老年人群需要加强糖尿病相关防护知识的教育和普及。
