| 摘 要： | 目的探讨来氟米特联合泼尼松治疗难治性肾病综合征的安全性和临床疗效。方法选取蚌医附院2007年1月-2010年12月收治的60例难治性肾病综合征患者，其中40例患者采用来氟米特联合泼尼松治疗，20例患者采用雷公藤多苷联合泼尼松治疗。观察两组患者治疗前及治疗后4周、8周、24周的24小时尿蛋白定量，血常规，肝肾功能及治疗期间的不良反应发生率。结果来氟米特联合泼尼松组治疗前后血清白蛋白上升和尿蛋白减少均显著优于雷公藤多苷联合泼尼松组（P〈0．05），治疗缓解率高于雷公藤多苷联合泼尼松组（P〈0．01），且不良反应发生率低，尤其对患者生育功能影响小，多数患者能够耐受治疗。结论来氟米特联合泼尼松能有效缓解难治性肾病综合征患者预后，临床治疗缓解率可能高于雷公藤多苷联合泼尼松治疗，但远期疗效有待观察。
