伊立替康联合顺铂治疗复发性小细胞肺癌的临床观察

目的观察伊立替康联合顺铂治疗22例复发性小细胞肺癌的近期疗效和不良反应。方法22例患者均经病理学或细胞学确诊为小细胞肺癌，经一线治疗失败，均有客观疗效评价指标。采用伊立替康（CPT-11）60mg／m^2，第1天、8天、15天，顺铂80mg/m^2分解在4d内应用，28d为1个周期，共2个周期，观察客观缓解率和不良反应。分层分析伊立替康联合顺铂对初次缓解时间〈3月和≥3月的缓解率差异。结果22例患者总有效率为36．4％（8／22）。初治缓解时间〈3月的9例患者中，疗效为11．1％（1／9），初治缓解时间≥3月的13例患者中，疗效为53．8％（7／13），两组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。主要不良反应是消化道反应和血液学毒性，通过相应处理均可缓解，治疗可正常进行，无治疗相关性死亡。结论伊立替康联合顺铂治疗童发性小细胞肺癌安全、有效．不良反应小．值得推荐。

The Clinical Observation of Combined Chemotherapy Irinotecan and Cisplatin in the Treatment of Relapsed Small Cell Lung Cancer
